The Asus manufacturer has unveiled lots of devices at CES but two fo them are quite impressive.
The Zenfone 2
This smartphone is all you can expect from a heavyweight Android, in a form that resemble a little bit of the LG G2.
The phone itself is a monster in specs it packs a 5.5-inch Gorilla Glass 3 Full HD screen, a quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor at 2.33GHz, a monstrous capacity of 4 gb of ram, a PowerVR G6430 GPU, with Android 5.0, a 3,000 mAh (Fast charging capable) battery, a 13 mp rear camera (f/2.0 aperture lens) with “Real Tone” led flash and a 5-megapixel front camera with wide-angled lens (85-degree). Also has a rear-placed volume rocker with a brushed metal back.
The phone will have two variant one with this specs and other with 2 gb of ram and Dual Sim capacity.
The most notable thing about this phone however are not the specs, is the price! according to Asus the phone will cost $199!! But I think it would be the price of the 2 gb model.
The Zenfone Zoom
The phone itself looks quite capable and very attractive, and is the thinnest optical zoom phone out there.
The phone packs practically the same specs as the Zenfone 2 being the main difference the rear camera that has a 3x Optical Zoom, a 10-element lens and f/2.0 to f/4.8 aperture, optical image stabilization and laser auto-focus, similar to the G3 although isn’t anything new (the four years old Nokia n8 has one)
This model is more aimed to the photo fans out there because is something really similar to the 1020 (without the absurd mp count and Xenon) but with Android, optical zoom and the affordable price of $399
Are you going to get one of these? If so let us know in the comments section and stay tuned for more CES coverage.
