New mobile operator #UPC to enter Irish market next year. #MVNO #Mobile

Part of the Three-02 deal has some strings attached to it and still all is not clear as to what strings they are and what the future holds for stores, employees and other bits and bobs.

Currently top irish mobile provider Vodafone is not happy with the deal which is not surprising is saying it will not be a good move and they may even contest it,in my opinion they are scared of competition and its just down to that.

Vodafone has had the market share dominance now for a long time and now with the Three-O2 deal,Three will still be slightly behind them taking second place,a bit close for comfort for Vodafone perhaps ????

Today we hear that UPC mobile will kick off next year after signing an MVNO deal with 3.

UPC claim to provide a strategic and great service to its potential customers when it launches.

Three also claim that having UPC on board that it will provide a state of the art network so to speak, but lets not forget we still do not have full 3G coverage and a patchy 4G service and still today in 2014 we still have bad data connection along main commuter routes.

To be honest i think all networks need to work on a more stable 3G  HSPDA+ service across the country rather than focus too much on 4G which seems to be the way they are all going now.

Also to add the data caps are still pretty lame and pricey on 4G plans compared to other parts,MVNOs are not a favourite amongst the public and can tend be slower and a less rich experience than the Provider it is piggybacking off.
