“We’d like to let you know that the EU Commission has today approved the acquisition of O2 Ireland by Three. The focus will now turn to meeting the legal requirements to complete the transaction which are expected to be fulfilled shortly.
Let us reassure you that as an O2 customer its business as usual so there’s nothing you need to do. There’s no change to your account, account management, billing cycle or bill payments. And the service you get stays exactly the same.
We’ll be in touch again once the transaction is completed. In the meantime if you have any queries regarding your O2 account, please don’t hesitate to contact us”
